Me (12/14/2017, 1:57:38 PM): Is the only difference between "M Club level, Guest room, 1 King or 2 Double, Top floor, Balcony" and "M Club level, Guest room, 1 King or 2 Double" is the location of the room? 

Marriott Rep (12/14/2017, 2:00:41 PM): Yes its the location and the baloncy.

Me (12/14/2017, 2:02:46 PM): I would like to change to a non-balcony room. In addition, we have a child with autism. So, in the interest of  your others customers. It's best to try and put us somewhere out of the way. He runs, jumps, yells. There isn't much we can do about it. Previous Marriotts have  put us over offices, empty room, first flooor, and what not.

Me (12/14/2017, 2:07:57 PM): double beds. There is no couch in there? 

Marriott Rep (12/14/2017, 2:08:44 PM): No couch but a rollaway is permitted. 

Me (12/14/2017, 2:09:02 PM): The hotel offers the bed? 

Marriott Rep (12/14/2017, 2:09:06 PM): Yes. 

Me (12/14/2017, 2:09:15 PM): extra charge? 

Marriott Rep (12/14/2017, 2:09:37 PM): No sir. 

Me (12/14/2017, 2:09:47 PM): Ok, I think we're good. 

Me (12/14/2017, 2:10:00 PM): I still get the M club access? 

Marriott Rep (12/14/2017, 2:10:20 PM): Yes sir.
